Fees are due at the time of service. I accept cash, check, credit, debit, FSA, and HSA cards. I use the service Ivy Pay. Ivy Pay is a HIPAA-secure, PCI-protected card-on-file payment service that was designed exclusively for therapists. It’s a HIPAA-compliant payment processing service, keeps our therapy confidential, and makes payment easy for you and me. All I need is your mobile number to send you your bill.
Ivy Pay sends you as the client a text message, helps you enter your payment information (all credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards are OK), runs the first charge, and puts your card on file for ongoing use.
